James is an experienced Head Chef who has recently set up his own catering company Crescent Catering. He specialises in private dining, functions, buffets and even mobile wood fired pizzas!
James has spent the last 20 years gaining knowledge, experience and skills working in a number of establishments, including the Malmasion, Oliver’s, Victoria and Albert Hotel, Piccolinos, Great John Street Hotel and The Alexandra Hospital.
He is passionate about food in general but especially fresh seasonal produce and keeping menus and dishes simple but full of flavour.
This is James’ first year at the Great British Food Festival, he is excited to join everyone and hopes to see you at 2pm on the 22 September.
