Hello, I am Anita, a food enthusiast, chef and entrepreneur and founder of 'HobbyCooks' Cooking School in Northampton.

To me food is an art, a form of expression… Food and conversations, go together and a reason to commemorate any occasion and make it special, and I love to cook for people and share my food stories and reminisce the things of the past and believe home is where the comfort is be it food or taste.

I like to think I’m kind of cook that operates on instinct. I love authenticity and hang on traditional methods of cooking, my food inspiration comes from my Indian heritage, travel and my passion for food, flavour, and experience.

I love to teach people simple cooking and explore food and culture! Sometimes enjoy fusion treats and enjoy curating them from scratch.
