Nickolas Rapson #TheLatinChef as seen on MasterChef UK. Since finishing as the top Latin Chef on the show he jumped straight into the kitchen and trained at the Two Michelin Raby hunt near Darlington. Venezuelan born Nickolas is also the brand ambassador for Cheffie London a leading private chef platform and has run high profile events for exclusive clients around Knightsbridge and Chelsea. Nickolas is extremely proud to champion Latin American food and has done multiple sold out supper club events in Leeds & London, he has also recently won a gold medal and been made a Global food ambassador for the Global Gastronomy organisation representing Latin American food. The father of one is currently a chef at The Coach House within the illustrious Middleton Lodge Estate, which recently won a Green Michelin in recognition for the incredible effort put into sustainability and having a menu, using mainly ingredients grown on site within the Incredible 200 acre, walled garden and ancient woodland.
