Sophie Hyam Self Employed Qualified Award Winning Chef / Event Chef, covering The Midlands and The South.

Activities include staycation chef, cookery lessons, live food demonstrations, private dining, pop up restaurants and bespoke dinner parties.

2022 won the accolade of Casual Dining Chef by Foodie Awards Coventry & Warwickshire. Beat off two accomplished male chefs at a live Cook Off at Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park. Esteemed judges Nigel Barden, BBC good food editor and Candice Brown, Great British Bake off winner & restauranteur both judged my dish as the winning dish.

Focus is to champion local suppliers and use seasonal ingredients to ensure my dishes are of the highest quality. My aim - educate anyone who wants to enjoy the wonders of food.
