Head Chef Sean Noonan has worked in some wonderful establishments since starting to professionally chef from the age of 15, progressing himself and his skills and taking on board a host of cooking approaches by those around him and developing himself as a hardworking and career focused young chef, aged 18 years he won the Diamond Teflon Standard national young chef of the year and at the ripe age of 22 established himself as head chef of a local produce gastro pub.
He was awarded northwest young chef semi finalist in 2019. With that in mind Sean prides himself on using locally sourced produce and using fresh and seasonal produce to create fantastic dishes. Seans awareness for those in the industry extends to taking part in cooking demos on Youtube and Facebook. During the national lockdowns he set up the Northern Food and Drinks Virtual festival to support the food and drink industry, he thinks its imperative to support the future of cheffing and the industry he loves so much
