From a young age, Marni Xuto found her passion for cooking Thai dishes. Having grown up in the heart of Bangkok, Marni’s recipes are a love letter to her roots. From making coconut milk and tamarind sauce from scratch, Marni has grown extensive knowledge of international cuisines and developed a deeper understanding of flavour combinations and pairings.

She is one of the BBC Food contributors as well as develops the recipes for top culinary brands for example Kenwood and Proware Kitchen .
