Marni Xuto

Marni Xuto -Chef in transition to therapist and food writer, specialising in food education and inclusive, everyday cooking. Marni uses meaningful food storytelling to help people connect with simple cooking methods that support confidence and wellbeing.

At the Great British Food Festival, she will be on chef demo stage and host a wellbeing cookery masterclass exploring how cooking with accessible ingredients can lift mood and help us feel grounded.

Her work has been featured with Red Gold Europe, Molson Coors and Kenwood, and on BBC, Ocado and Good Food. She is also a 2025 Yan-Kit So Award finalist with the Oxford Cultural Collective
