From a young age, Marni Xuto found her passion for cooking Thai dishes. Having grown up in the heart of Bangkok, Marni’s recipes are a love letter to her roots. From making coconut milk and tamarind sauce from scratch, Marni has grown extensive knowledge of international cuisines and developed a deeper understanding of flavour combinations and pairings.
