Bio

Mark Jeffries is a wine judge and educator and also works as a freelance sommelier - he's worked with Adam Smith, Craig Sherrington, Paul Askew, Liz Cottam and many other well-known chefs. His "day job" is working for a specialist South American wine importer. Over the last decade Mark has visited wine regions in Europe, South America and Australia and he brings a wealth of knowledge, and stories, to all the tastings that he hosts. He's also a huge advocate of English wines and has visited a number of vineyards around the country.
