Fabio, Founder of Fabio Cameroni RLM – fast growing and successful company providing high quality private chef & catering services in the North of England. More than 20 years of Fabio's experience in hospitality gave birth to the idea of creating dishes in a more intimate environment at customers’ homes, combining home cooking with the latest innovations within the kitchen. “Our idea is very simple. RLM – Relax and let Me make it”. High quality cooking has its base from experience working in high-ranking Restaurants across Northern Italy and Switzerland. Experience in England has shown to Fabio how to acquire locally sourced ingredients. Away from the stove, he loves to travel with his Family where he always likes to try new dishes in small family restaurants and thankfully to that, his head and kitchen are full of new ideas.
