Can my carer go for free?

Yes, we are very happy for essential carers to attend our events for free, to accompany one paying child/ adult. If you require a Carer ticket, please add a FREE carer ticket to your order when you purchase your standard tickets. Please note the visitor requiring a carer to attend with them, MUST be able to bring with them and show to our entrance team, one form of valid, in date documentation from our accepted list below, in order for the carer to be admitted for free on the day.

Remember you must still obtain a FREE ticket for the Carer at our online checkout, when you book the rest of your party's tickets.

IN ORDER TO OBTAIN FREE ADMISSION FOR THE CARER, THE VISITOR REQUIRING A CARER TO ATTEND WITH THEM MUST SHOW, AT OUR ENTRANCE, DOCUMENTATION TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE IN RECEIPT OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • • Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
  • • Attendance Allowance (AA)
  • • Blind Persons Registration
  • • Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
  • • Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
  • • CredAbility's Access Card with +1 symbol
  • • CEA Card

Unfortunately we cannot accept blue/orange badges, HANDS cards, carers passport etc.

Without proof as listed standard admission entry charges will apply.

All further members of the party will pay full price, the free admission is for one carer only. If more than one carer’s ticket is required (to assist the same individual), a letter from a GP/Consultant/Local Authority or similar stating the number of carers required by the individual is also required.
