Ian Sherlock, is a critically acclaimed, award-winning Executive Chef and author, he has spearheaded some of the best hospitality brand names over six continents. 38 years of experience managing kitchens in the most luxurious leading hotels and resorts from around the world. He has worked in such fabulous locations, including Hong Kong, Thailand, Indonesia, Dubai, Bahrain, Mexico, Morocco, Caribbean, Germany and England, refining the art of cooking; developing impressive menus; and preparing cuisines from culturally diverse regions and indigenous cookery around the globe.
