How/when will I receive my tickets?

Once you have booked, you will receive an automated email (to the email address you submitted during the booking process – please remember to check your email junk/spam folder for this) confirming the details of your booking. At the time of booking and on the email confirmation you will see an Order/Booking Number.

Please ensure that you arrive with your Order/Booking Number readily available.

You do not need to print or show your email confirmation on arrival – we will be able to admit you using your Order/Booking Number and the full name of the lead booking person.
