Stefan Rose was part of the pre-opening team at Yorkshire’s most Exclusive Luxury Hotel Grantley Hall, and has been delighting guest ever since, creating the sweet offerings across the multiple restaurants across the Hotel and helping to build its global reputation as a world class Hotel. Training at some of the finest Michelin Star Kitchens, 5 Stars Hotels and Bakeries in the UK, as well as featuring twice on the Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals, Stefan’s passion for the finest ingredients combined with the latest modern techniques and classical French Patisserie, can be best seen at Grantley Hall’s Signature Afternoon Tea Offering in the Elegant Drawing Room.
