Kira Louise Art

Kira is a Lincolnshire-based gouache painter specialising in whimsical landscape scenes and expressive still life compositions. Having loved art since childhood, she went on to study it at both GCSE and A Level, building a strong foundation that she has continued to develop alongside her working life.

Her work is driven by a deep passion for storytelling through colour and atmosphere. Kira is particularly inspired by the way art can evoke feeling — creating pieces that invite calm, nostalgia, and quiet joy. For her, painting is not only a form of creative expression but also a therapeutic practice, helping her navigate her health conditions and find balance through the process of making.

Through her teaching, she hopes to share both the magic of gouache and the confidence to create freely, encouraging others to explore art as a joyful and restorative experience.
