Justine Murphy is CEO and founder of the internationally-renown mymuybueno cookery school, and author of the mymuybueno cookbook which is now available for pre-order (publication date is 16th April). Justine Murphy launched mymuybueno – now a multi-division international food business including an award-winning deli, cookery school and chef agency – in Mallorca in 2011. Having survived a traumatic and food-deprived childhood, she fled Britain to chef on super yachts and healed herself through the joy of cooking and eating. Her recipes and outlook celebrate achievable, wholesome and delicious food at the heart of family life.
