Freya Cox is an award winning recipe book author and small business owner. Her career began after appearing on The Great British Bake Off in 2021 as the first and only ever plant based baker. She has gone on to produce content for brands on social media, write recipes for magazines and build her postal bake and box mix business - Freyas. She is also a radio presenter for the BBC.
