Bio

Freya is a 22 year old food writer and recipe developer, who started her career after being the first and only ever vegan baker on the Great British Bake Off in 2021. She published her debut recipe book ‘Simply Vegan Baking’ in 2022 and has published recipes in a variety of magazines. Freya also shares recipes and plant based tips on her social media platforms and her weekly newsletter with the aim is to inspire people to try plant based food.
