Since leaving MasterChef, Darren has ventured into the world of Supper Clubs and Private Dining, where his menus are seasonally inspired.
Darren is continuing to learn by having work experience at different style restaurants, and absorbing all the knowledge he can from the chefs.
Darren is available throughout the Country for private events, pop up restaurants and food demonstrations.
