ABOUT
Chef Arti is the winner of the Yan-Kit So Memorial Award for Food
Writers on Asia, 2025. She is also a finalist of the South Asian Food
Award from Be Inclusive Hospitality, 2024.
Arti has worked at the Ivy restaurant, Gully Indian street food,
School of Wok, Borough Kitchen, Outsider Tart as well as assisting
at the Wagamama Chef Academy. She also teaches at Channing
School for Girls and two other secondary schools.
Chef Arti loves to pass on her love of food to others and also owns
her own company called arti-cooks( https://arti-cooks.com/),
teaching a myriad of private pupils(in person and online),catering
for parties in the UK and also in places like Denmark and doing
weekly meal prep for clients.
She studied at the Leiths School of Food and Wine many years
ago.
