Leighton Copp

Leighton Morgan is a Surrey-based baker and former contestant on the 2025 series of the The Great British Bake Off. With over 50 years of baking experience, he specialises in cakes, tarts, pastry and bread. He believes that everything in baking can be achieved with a formula, combining precision with creativity to develop new takes on classic flavours. Leighton has presented at numerous food festivals, where his demos are known for their fun, energy and sense of frivolity.
