We have a fabulous lineup of top chefs and bakers this year. Familiar faces alongside some of the best chefs from local restaurants and pubs — each showcasing a different dish and technique.
The chefs will be taking you through one (or two!) of their favourite recipes while sharing shortcuts, tips, and tricks of the trade. Always in a light-hearted and entertaining way — we like to have fun with food on our Chef Demo stage.
Chef Demos run on all days, with the lineup changing each day and at each event. Demos start every 30 minutes past the hour, and they are all free to attend!
Tasters are available at the end of most demos (dependent on the chef and the dish) — so you can taste the magic for yourself!
