Great British Food Festival – Valentine’s VIP Upgrade Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Promoter:

The promoter of this prize draw is [Company Name], trading as Great British Food Festival (GBFF), [Company Address].

Eligibility:

  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of GBFF, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:

  • To enter, participants must purchase two (2) tickets for any 2025 Great British Food Festival event before midnight (23:59 GMT) on 14th February 2025.
  • Each qualifying purchase will automatically count as one entry into the prize draw.
  • Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry meets the qualifying criteria.

Prize Details:

  • There are three (3) VIP upgrade prizes available.
  • Each VIP upgrade includes fast-track entry, a glass of fizz on arrival, and additional VIP perks (as determined by GBFF).
  • The VIP upgrade is valid for the same event date and location as the winner’s purchased tickets.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place on 19th Feb 2025, and winners will be notified via the email used for their ticket purchase within 24 hours.
  • Winners must respond within 5 DAYS to claim their prize; otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions:

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these terms.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, GBFF reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal data provided by entrants will only be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw, in accordance with GBFF’s Privacy Policy.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
