Samantha began baking at age 10. By age 12, she used to do baking on a Wednesday lunch time when her parents would go out to do the big shop, knowing she would have 2 hrs to make a mess of the kitchen and clear up before parents came back. Her mother would then put it in the oven for her. Cooking at secondary school was one of her favourite classes. Now settled at home with her own family, she enjoys baking whenever she can, and involves her 3 year old son who enjoys it very much too. Once her baking is done, she loves to watch her husband and son do the big taste test and gets valuable honest feedback.
Samantha loves to experiment with all kinds of baking adding her own twists and creations, and won't stop until she know it's right.
