UK Music Artist Lucien Moon stepped onto the scene on
New Years Day 2020, fusing Pop & R&B genre music into
his own with a touch of Jazz, Rock and much more for this
new alias.
Jamie Benkert, his Government name however, started
singing in his bedroom to Craig David’s album
‘Born To
Do It’ from the age of 9 years old. His Musical inspirations
also included acts like Justin Timberlake, Michael
Jackson, Gabrielle, Chris Brown and Usher.
Born in Doncaster and raised in Northampton, at 15 he
started writing songs, singing and sometimes rapping,
mainly about heart breaks and the usual teenage
dilemmas.
In 2015 he appeared on TV show The X Factor and
reached the second stages of Boot Camp and was
interviewed live on breakfast show This Morning as he was
a hot topic and promised to reach further than he did.
After the success of supporting Westlife at Cardiff
Castle in July 2023, Lucien secured a guest support slot for
Music Icon and friend, Lee John of Imagination, touring
several dates with him around the UK across June and July.
An exciting decision to create his Debut Album began in
December 2024 with a target release for July
Moon released his latest single Taste on 25th Feb 2025,
produced by Dave Crawford & Wracket (Lee Irons). The
Music Video is set to be released & was filmed in Bangkok
