Nick Copland is a cheese enthusiast and instigator who started Homage2Fromage with his friend Vickie Rogerson some twelve years ago. They've now run hundreds of events in dozens of locations, celebrating cheese in all its many forms, brining great cheese to the masses in an unstuffy, extra fun way. Passionate about the people and the stories behind cheese, Nick loves to get people excited by this most extraordinary food!
