  • Nick Copland is a cheese enthusiast and instigator who started Homage2Fromage with his friend Vickie Rogerson some twelve years ago. They've now run hundreds of events in dozens of locations, celebrating cheese in all its many forms, brining great cheese to the masses in an unstuffy, extra fun way. Passionate about the people and the stories behind cheese, Nick loves to get people excited by this most extraordinary food!

Wine Masterclass with Mark Jeffries

Mark Jeffries is a wine judge and educator and also works as a freelance sommelier - he's worked with Adam Smith, Craig Sherrington, Paul Askew, Liz Cottam and many other well-known chefs. His "day job" is working for a specialist South American wine importer.

Over the last decade Mark has visited wine regions in Europe, South America and Australia and he brings a wealth of knowledge, and stories, to all the tastings that he hosts.

He's also a huge advocate of English wines and has visited a number of vineyards around the country.
