Are there any Health and Safety Rules I should know about?
In order to ensure your own safety and enjoyment (and the safety of our other visitors and staff), all visitors must remain within the areas on site designated for public access. All visitors must refrain from entering any areas marked as private/no access to public and/or marked as restricted access by way of hazard signs/barriers, etc.
Children and vulnerable adults must be closely supervised at all times to ensure their general safety (and the safety of our other visitors and staff).
Please note that at some of our venues (including, but not limited to Harewood, Margam and Arley) there are areas of unfenced water located away from the main event site.
We would remind all visitors, that all GBFF events take place outside in a country estate setting. Whilst conditions on site will be monitored throughout the Event, with all reasonable steps being taken to remove hazards/obstacles, etc, there remains a residual risk at all events, which take place within the context of a natural, outdoor environment. So please exercise caution when attending and supervise children and vulnerable adults at all times.
Kindly adhere to any instructions/advice given by our stewarding staff, they are there to keep you and everybody else safe.
In the event that you get separated from your child or a vulnerable adult within your party at one of our Events, please notify one of our stewards immediately or seek assistance from our Information Point.
