Thomas runs his own private catering company based in the Peak District, focusing on local cuisine presented in a refined, modern fine dining manner. Originally from rural North Lincolnshire, he has lived throughout the Midlands and Yorkshire, before relocating to Derbyshire in 2016.
After finishing his Electronic Engineering degree at Nottingham University, Thomas followed his passion for food by delving into the catering industry. With no prior kitchen experience, Thomas started from the bottom as a pub Kitchen Porter in Birmingham and worked tirelessly to build his skill set and move up in the industry, culminating in multi-rosette Head Chef roles.
Since then, Thomas has created his own business, ‘Chef Thomas Clark’, specialising in bringing fine dining to you. He works with clients to create a bespoke and memorable experience for weddings, dinner parties or the occasion of their choice.
