Simon Miller, Head Chef and co-founder is fiercely passionate about bringing the delights of innovative Andalusian cuisine to us Yorkshire folk. Having worked in renowned kitchens such as The Box Tree and Piazza by Anthony, Simon has a feel for fine food. He also appeared on Masterchef the Professionals in 2012 as a quarter finalist and has worked alongside Marco Pierre White whom he thanks for “gaining knowledge in all areas of the kitchen”.
Passionate about food and sourcing quality produce, Simon frequently travels to Spain in search of inspiration, “I want our diners to have a true Andalusian experience, I work with Spanish producers to source the finest ingredients. However, all our meat and veg is from local Yorkshire producers, the quality unbeatable”.
