Rebecca Ryder is a Manchester-based facilitator of conscious breathwork and somatic therapy. With her wellbeing business The Loud Quiet, she helps people love themselves more and brings communities together in compassionate connection. She combines eastern and western approaches to healing, and is also a trainee counsellor.
Rebecca is passionate about trusting your inner wisdom, finding your voice and the power of working with your emotions. She will also talk about how the mind-body connection and nervous system regulation is vital for ADHD.
Rebecca has worked with people across the UK and internationally, training and supporting on retreats in Mexico, Spain, Canada and this year, Morocco. She has helped people navigate chronic stress, grief, ADHD, addiction recovery, long-held trauma and creative blocks.
