Based in the south west of the UK, they use familiar and humble ingredients, bringing them up to date using modern techniques. All Hearths menus can be found on their website, which incorporate ingredients from local suppliers, farmers and growers. Once you’ve booked, they’ll prepare the menu in their own kitchen. On the night, the chefs cook and introduce each course as well as providing all of the cooking equipment and tableware, leaving you with only the entertaining to do.
