Bio

Another welcome return to Harewood for this Head Chocolatier born and bred in the Yorkshire Dales.

With over 20 years experience of working with chocolate and with some of the biggest names in the confectionery world, Andrew who trained initially as a Chef, specialising in pastry, is now part of the team at ‘Autism Plus,’ transforming a number of derelict farm buildings at ‘Park House Farm,’ Ampleforth near Helmsley, into a chocolate factory and horticulture enterprise to be run by people with autism and other disabilities.

Andrew lives and breathes chocolate – from the transformation from bean to bar, creating delicious and bespoke offerings and is renowned for running chocolate-making demonstrations and workshops.
