Darwin’s is a contemporary and stylish restaurant, located in The George Hotel in the heart of Lichfield. Alex and the team of chefs create modern British dishes with passion and style from the best of local, seasonal produce.

The restaurant is named after Erasmus Darwin (1731-1802), one of Lichfield’s most famous sons and self-professed lover of fine food.
