Hi! I’m Rolanda – the founder and owner of D’ori Dessert House. I’m a self-taught dessert artist and a proud mum of four. My journey into the world of baking started over ten years ago with a humble poppy seed cake, and it slowly grew into a full dessert studio, French-style patisserie, and a space where I could share my love for sweets with others.

At D’ori, I make French macarons, American-style cookies, cakes, and other beautiful desserts. I’m all about creating high-quality, elegant, and delicious treats that leave people smiling and wanting more. I use only the best ingredients and stay fully hands-on in the process – quality matters deeply to me.

Over the years, I’ve taken part in markets, festivals, and events, and I now also teach online classes on how to make perfect macarons (and more!). Baking became not just a job, but a passion and a big part of who I am – especially after the birth of my fourth child, when I decided to fully dedicate myself to this path.
