Matt is Executive Head Chef of Arley Hall.
Matt trained at Leigh College and developed his skills at some of the finest restaurants across London and the North West of England, although it was at the Lanesborough Hotel on Hyde Park Corner where he mastered his trade.
Matt has worked in the industry for 28 years – picking up a lifetime of knowledge and experience which he shares with his brigade of 15 chefs. Matt’s love for the culinary world doesn’t stop at work, he can often be found with his chef whites rolled up at community youth projects supporting aspiring chefs.
For Matt it’s more than just the recipes – it’s about the opportunities to play host, the journey from field to fork and the quality seasonal produce that create the best dishes.
